Estimates and Quotes

All estimates, quotes, schedules, and timelines are non-binding unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.

Final pricing, timelines, and scope may change due to factors including but not limited to:

• Site conditions

• Permit requirements or delays

• Inspection outcomes

• Design changes

• Material availability or price volatility

• Weather conditions

• Subcontractor availability

• Supply chain disruptions

Permits and Inspections

Project timelines and progress may be affected by permitting, zoning approvals, inspections, or other regulatory requirements imposed by local, state, or federal authorities. Goedert Builders is not responsible for delays caused by governing agencies or third parties.

Weather and Site Conditions

Construction schedules may be impacted by weather, seasonal conditions, or unforeseen site issues. Such delays do not constitute breach of contract.

Material Volatility

Material costs and availability may fluctuate due to market conditions outside our control. Price increases or substitutions may be necessary and will be handled in accordance with the project agreement.

No Warranty Disclaimer

Goedert Builders does not provide warranties on materials, products, or manufacturer-installed components unless explicitly stated in writing.

Where applicable, we recommend and rely on manufacturer warranties, which are provided directly by the manufacturer and governed by their terms and conditions.

Workmanship warranties, if any, are defined solely in your written project agreement.

Payments and Billing

Billing and invoicing may be processed through third-party platforms, including QuickBooks.

Payment terms, deposits, schedules, and refund policies are governed by your project agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in work delays, suspension, or termination of services as permitted by law.

Credit Card Processing Fees
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee to cover third-party payment processing costs.

This fee applies to all credit card transactions and will be disclosed at the time of payment. The processing fee is non-refundable, even if the underlying transaction is later refunded or adjusted.

Alternative payment methods may be available and are not subject to this fee, where applicable.

Relationship to Goedert Real Estate

Goedert Builders and Goedert Real Estate are separately operated companies under common ownership.

• We do not share client information between companies unless expressly requested or authorized by the client.

• Clients are free to work with any real estate agent or brokerage.

• While there is a professional relationship with Goedert Real Estate, our services are independent and optional.

No Kickbacks or Referral Fees

Goedert Builders does not offer or accept kickbacks, referral fees, or incentive payments for services. Any recommendations are made based on professional judgment, not financial compensation.

Harassment and Abuse Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, threats, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff, contractors, partners, or representatives.

Any perceived harassment or abusive behavior may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Revocation of access to digital systems, portals, or communication channels

• Removal from physical job sites or company locations

• Refusal of future service

This applies to in-person, phone, digital, and online interactions.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, and media are the property of Goedert Builders and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
